• Support the account and integrated team to ensure all projects run smoothly, coordinating across integrated and client teams
• Maintain and update foundational account documents, including project status reports, meeting recaps, timelines, and traffic logs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings from scheduling logistics to pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting communication of next steps
• Prepare and send clear, professional recaps and summaries to clients and internal stakeholders following all meetings
• Ensure campaigns run on time and within budget, including adherence to brand guidelines, internal processes, and financial parameters
• Stay proactive and detail-oriented by anticipating client or team needs, following up on loose ends, and keeping shared folders and documentation organized
• Build a strong understanding of client businesses across industries, staying curious and learning clients’ goals, challenges, and markets to provide meaningful support
• Assist senior account team members with preparing client materials and briefs, financial tracking, and organic growth opportunities
• Proactively flag potential issues or delays, escalating as needed, and facilitating solutions to ensure smooth execution
• Participate in agency initiatives
• Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• 0-2+ years of agency or relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to travel as needed 

At the time of posting, the base salary for this position ranges from $50,000 - $60,000. Compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
